Usui Reiki is a natural, simple way of transferring and focusing Universal energy. Once you have been attuned to Reiki, and your intention is clear, concentrated energy will flow through your hands spontaneously, and you will retain this ability for the rest of your life. In practical terms, Reiki is above all holistic in effect; it reaches all levels of existence and strives to bring all into balance. Reiki also has its own intelligence and like water will flow to the area of the body in most need of treatment. You will receive Reiki I & II Attunements, workbook and hands-on training to be able to use this energy immediately and effectively on yourself and others. Certificate given on completion of training.

 Reiki is not a religion and you don't have to believe to give and receive. This training is ideal for all care givers to prevent 'burn out'. This is a truly effective way to empower yourself and take responsibility for your own wellbeing.
